PRIVACY / UPDATED 30 JULY 2026
Privacy, in plain language.
BIMZI collects only the information needed to understand a project inquiry and reply. This site does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
BACK TO THE SITEWHAT THE CONTACT FORM COLLECTS
- Your name and email address.
- Optional phone, company, time zone and preferred call windows.
- The project note you choose to send.
WHY IT IS USED
To review your project, reply to you and arrange a conversation when you ask for one. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field and an idempotency identifier so the same request is not stored twice by accident.
WHERE A SUBMISSION GOES
On the public website, an inquiry is stored in BIMZI's private hosted database. It is not published on the website and is used only to review the project, reply and keep the conversation connected to the original request.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask BIMZI to correct or delete an inquiry by sending a new contact note that identifies the original email address. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive data through the project form.
A formal retention period and dedicated privacy contact are still being documented. Until they are published, inquiry records are kept only for project review and follow-up and should be deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
This is a concise operating notice, not legal advice. It describes the current website and contact flow without claiming a certification or compliance status.
