PROTOTYPE OPERATING NOTE / 18 JULY 2026
PRIVACY, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE.
BIMZI only needs enough information to understand your message and reply. No third-party advertising or analytics script is loaded in this build.
WHAT THE CONTACT FORM COLLECTS
- Your name and email address.
- Optional phone, company, time zone and preferred call windows.
- The project note you choose to send.
WHY IT IS USED
To review your project, reply to you and arrange a conversation when you ask for one. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field and an idempotency identifier so the same request is not stored twice by accident.
WHERE A SUBMISSION GOES
Development submissions stay in the local project environment. A public launch must use an approved private database or a named form provider, with a working operator notification route and access limited to the person handling BIMZI inquiries.
BEFORE PUBLIC LAUNCH
The final notice must name the responsible business contact, approved processor and retention period, and explain how a person can request access, correction or deletion. The contact form must not be advertised until those production settings are complete.
This page is an implementation summary for the prototype, not a final legal notice. The business owner must approve jurisdiction, retention, vendor and rights language before public launch.
